Erin Mooney is an Application Specialist and has implemented innovative technology platforms for Sharp Electronics, Thomson Reuters, Aderant Software, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, The Los Angeles Unified School District and The Junior League Los Angeles.
Erin joined the technology world, following work in the competitive field of news journalism, covering statewide and local stories for one of Montana’s most prestigious television news organizations. She was at KTVQ-2 CBS in Billings, where, among her last assignments for the station, she covered former Wyoming Senator Alan Simpson’s dedication to the 1942 Japanese internment camp memorial “Heart Mountain”. During her tenure in Montana, Erin’s energetic news style was put to good use as she covered everything from the state’s unpredictable and sometimes violent weather, to Big Sky entertainment guests Cher and David Copperfield on his “Tales of the Impossible” tour. These entertainment reports led to covering stories in Los Angeles.
Outside of the corporate world, Erin is an active member of The Junior Leagues International and Co-Founded the Junior League of Los Angeles’s New Media Production Committee & Institute. She was instrumental in gaining the largest grant ever commissioned by the league’s Legacy Leadership Council to fund the initiative. An Arizona native, Erin graduated from The University of Arizona in Tucson with a Bachelors degree in Public Broadcast Communication.
