Provided commentary on National Security issues and other issues surrounding the US Department of Defense and all branches of service, to include all troop movements, Veterans issues, and civil-military relations.

VII (US) Corps, Stuttgart, Germany, 1991 to 1992
Executive Officer for the senior ranking US Army Military officer in The Netherlands. Acted as the trusted advisor on matters concerning the highest level of policy and staff implementation within the US military community. Developed interpersonal and presentation skills through numerous information briefings to the most senior leaders of the organization.
1st US Armored Division and 3/17th Field Artillery, Germany and Saudi Arabia, 1987 to 1991
Battery Commander, Intelligence and Operations Officer
Senior line field officer and leader of a 123 man organization; managed a maintenance program of 30 vehicles, a $12 million logistic operation and a $500,000 operations and training budget.
Devised a computer program that allowed efficient execution of the logistic operation, resulting in 23 consecutive months of 100% property accountability. Initiated a program of Total Quality Management resulting in both budget savings and an accurate forecast of resource requirements for future training events.
Developed short and long range training plans; performance continuously rated in the top 5% among peers.

Instituted a procedure resulting in the safe control of 2,000 soldiers during live fire training exercise.
